The Tanshva name, logo, proprietary garment designs, and all professional photography are our exclusive property. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any part of this website for commercial purposes. Any "look-alike" designs or unauthorized use of our imagery will be treated as a legal violation of our brand rights.

• Accuracy: We aim to display colors as accurately as possible, but screen resolutions vary. Small differences in shade are not considered defects.

• Pricing: All prices are inclusive of GST (unless stated otherwise). We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue styles without prior notice.

Once you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This does not mean your order is accepted. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock errors, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order you’ve already paid for, a full refund will be issued.

We partner with reliable third-party couriers to deliver your Tanshva outfits. While we strive for timely delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by logistics partners, weather, or regional strikes. Risk of loss passes to you once the package is delivered to your address.

When you create an account or post reviews, you agree to provide accurate information. You are prohibited from using the site to transmit any harmful code, spam, or defamatory content. We reserve the right to terminate your access if these rules are violated.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or the purchase of Tanshva products shall be handled exclusively in the courts of Mumbai
