Refund Policy

1. Exchange Only Policy

We do not provide monetary refunds. All sales are final. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange the item for a different size or a different style of equal or higher value within 7 days of delivery.

2. Eligibility Criteria

For an exchange to be accepted, the garment must be in its original, pristine condition:

• Unworn, unwashed, and stainless.

• All original Tanshva tags and labels must be securely attached.

• The item must be returned in its original packaging.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect piece, we will replace it immediately at no additional cost. Please notify our team at support@tanshva.com within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images to initiate a priority replacement.
