Shipping Policy

• Ready-to-Wear: Orders for items in stock are typically processed and dispatched within 24–48 business hours.

• Pre-Orders/Made-to-Order: For specific handcrafted collections, dispatch may take 7–12 business days. This will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

• We do not ship on Sundays or National Holidays.

• Domestic (India): We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1,499. For orders below this, a flat fee of ₹100 applies.

• Cash on Delivery (COD): A non-refundable convenience fee of ₹150 is charged for all COD orders to cover additional logistics costs.

Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time depends on your location:

• Metros: 2–4 business days.

• Rest of India: 5–7 business days.

• Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors like weather or courier delays.

Once your Tanshva package is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS containing your Tracking ID and a link to track your shipment in real-time.

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If the package remains undelivered due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, it will be returned to our warehouse.

• In such cases, a re-shipping fee may apply to send the package back to you.

If you notice that the shipping package is tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept the package and immediately notify us at support@tanshva.com.

• Domestic: All prices shown on the website are inclusive of GST.

• International: For orders outside of India, any import duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid at the time of delivery.
